Lorraine Pascale has returned to our TV screens in 2011 to deliver another hit cookery show.  Following the huge success of Baking made easy, Lorraine's new cooking series - Home cooking made easy, takes a more generalised aproach and delivers yet more scrummy recipes that are super easy to make.

Lorraine's appeal is not only her beauty but her recipes.  By providing something tasty and quick to make, anyone into food will find something they love.

Beef Wellington is one of those really indulgent recipes, and Lorraine made a great version today with morel mushrooms. The advantage of this beef wellington parcels recipe is that it allows you to choose the portion sizes for each of your diners.

Finally a scotch egg recipe that's easy to follow and just works.  Both Lorraine and Heston Blumenthal recommend using cling film to form your scoth eggs, and it's a great tip that makes a big difference.

Lorraine pushes the boat out with her slow roast pork recipe.  Cooking her joint of meet for 6 hours means that it will be succulent and tender, and just fall apart.  Lorraine managed to get a great crackling as well, which many people can have problems with.

We were so impressed with Lorraine's recipe that we have developed our own version with some great extra little tips to help get the perfect roast pork, and more importantly, a great crackling!
