Nigella's Squid and prawns with chilli and marjoram is typical of Italian food, unfussy, tasty and allowing the ingredients to do the talking. Marjoram is one of those ingredients that you don't want to overcrowd with other flavours, it's piny citrus flavours are great at lifting a dish and it goes really well in a light fragrant recipe like nigella's. To go with teh Marjoram, Nigella throws in chilli, prawns and squid for good measure, and the dish is finished when combined with strands of linguine - delicious!
