Lorraine showed us all a great recipe for peppermint creams that don't contain egg whites. Instead Lorraine uses condensed milk and icing sugar to form a dough which she then cuts out her shapes. After trying her recipe, we feel Lorraine could have a used a little more peppermint extract, as we had to add quite a bit more to get a really minty flavour.
