Jamie starts his epic hot chocolate recipe by bringing two pints of milk to a simmer.
While that is happening he prepares the other ingredients.
Jamie adds four heaped tablespoons of quality cocoa powder (Green and Blacks) to a jar. To this he adds three heaped tablespoons of icing sugar, two heaped tablespoons of Horlicks , two heaped tablespoons of cornflour, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Finally Jamie adds 100 grams of grated dark chocolate to the jar, before closing the lid and giving it a shake to mix everything together.
To make a hot chocolate, Jamie simply adds between four and five heaped tablespoons of the hot chocolate mixture to the simmering milk, and melts it into the liquid.
He leaves it to simmer for a few minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly, before serving.
